Consult a counselor or a psychologist for assistance if difficulties continues with the problem person.

Arrange an appropriate time to discuss the problem
Prepare thoroughly for the meeting
Be positive during the discussion
Follow up the decision from the meeting.
3. Increasing your own likeability….only then you can influence change.
Be interested in others
Be open about yourself

Never underestimate the power of prayer ….if you really wish for the difficult person to change always pray for the person and that person knows about it.
